LWW - Lady's Cartier Tortue, France, manual wind, 20mm x 27mm to lug tips, 11mm wire lug width, original platinum and 18K yellow gold case with screwed sides set with 54 rose cut diamonds of varying shapes and sizes, brown leather strap, refinished silvered dial with black painted Roman numerals, 19J, European Watch Co movement, s#10439 stamped on both parts of the case. Gross weight of assembled watch 7.1 dwt (11.0 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, hardly any oxide to steelwork, light toning to plates; refinished dial with light surface spotting and discoloration as well as edge wear hidden by the case; fine blued steel hands show light oxide; polished case shows medium wear, solder repair to sides of platinum top most notably on the case side, wire lug pins are visible, Cartier serial and reference numbers still visible on rear, light dings on sides and back; sapphire crown shows little wear; good plastic crystal.
